Check-in was a nightmare. I waited in line for over an hour just to get my room keys. it had bugs crawling around, a broken balcony door, and the walls were far from clean. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and the pool area was overcrowded beyond belief!

I loved how close the hotel was to Bahia Petempich Beach, just a 2 km walk away for relaxing seaside views, and the proximity to interesting local spots like The Kay Club, about 3.5 km away, made it easy for me to discover more of the area during my stay. the wide pool area was perfect for unwinding after my daily explorations.

Enjoyed the view from our Luxury Junior Suite Ocean Front. Despite the lively environment and sugary drinks, we found the staff friendly, though the dining options were average. To escape the noise, try visiting during quieter meal times. Overall, a fun but bustling experience for families.

The Luxury Junior Suite was a great place to unwind, with a swim-out access that my family loved. Great activities like bowling and water slides kept us entertained, and the breakfast included some delightful baguettes. On the downside, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, and the dining experience could improve—dinner food was often lukewarm. Additionally, we faced confusion regarding transportation options that could have been better communicated.

We had a great time! The buffet food was very good and our Luxury Junior Suite Ocean Front Terrace Jacuzzi offered a spacious and beautiful view. However, the dining options can get busy, with long waits for some reservations.

The Luxury Junior Suite Ocean View was stunning, and I loved hanging out by the outdoor pool and enjoying some relaxing body scrubs at the spa. It was the perfect place to unwind! Only downside was that the beach chairs were tough to snag during busy hours, so I’d recommend getting there early. 🌴
